Policies.

Every booking starts as a request. Once we confirm your date and departure time, we send a secure payment link — payment is due at least 48 hours before your tour to hold your spot. Requests made inside that window are payable as soon as we confirm them.

We don't take payment in person at the hub unless it has been agreed with us beforehand.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure and you get a full refund. Inside 48 hours we will do everything we can to move you to another slot rather than charge you, but cancellations and no-shows in that window are non-refundable — spots are limited and your kayaks are held.

If we cancel for weather, the choice is yours: reschedule to any open slot, or take a full refund.

Please arrive fifteen minutes before your departure. If you are late, the group may already be on the water. We will do our best to move you to another departure, which depends on the dates and times still available; if no reschedule is possible, a late arrival is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Tours and eFoil sessions: refunds follow the cancellation window above. Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund to the card you paid with; inside 48 hours we will try to move you to another slot instead of charging you. Refunds are issued in US dollars to the original payment method and usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shop items: gear collected on tour day or delivered in Anguilla can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt if it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange the exchange or collection; we refund to the original card once the item is back with us. Items damaged through use, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

If anything arrives faulty or not as described, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery charge.

Shop orders are fulfilled in Anguilla only. Choose to collect your items at the Liquid Glow Hub at Crocus Bay on the day of your tour, or have them delivered to your hotel or villa on the island. We confirm the delivery day with you by your preferred contact method before anything is charged.

Hotel and villa deliveries are made within 1 to 3 days of confirmation, usually the same week. There is no delivery charge unless we tell you otherwise when we confirm your order. Tour-day collection is free.

We do not ship outside Anguilla, so there are no customs, duties or export formalities to worry about.

Clear-kayak tours are for ages 8 and over. Children paddle with an adult in a double kayak, and everyone wears a life vest. You should be comfortable with light physical activity and able to sit in a kayak for the length of the tour. No kayaking experience is needed.

eFoil sessions are for riders aged 16 and over who weigh between 80 and 400 lbs. Every rider must be a confident swimmer and comfortable in deep water. First-time and inexperienced riders take a coached lesson; solo rentals are only available to riders with prior eFoil experience.

The Subnado sea scooter add-on is for guests aged 15 and over because of its power and weight. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign the waiver and, for eFoil, to be present at the session. We may decline or end a session if a guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if we judge the conditions unsafe for them. Our tours run under the laws of Anguilla.

All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD) and every payment is charged in USD. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

We never ask for your card details on this website, by email or over WhatsApp. When your request is confirmed we send a secure link to a hosted payment page run by our card processor, where your card number is entered and encrypted directly. Card numbers are not stored by Liquid Glow. This site is served over HTTPS so the details you do give us, such as your name and contact information, are encrypted between your browser and our server.

Every participant signs a liability waiver before launching. It acknowledges the risks that come with water activities and confirms you understand the safety guidelines. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian signs on their behalf.

Kayak guests can sign online in advance or at check-in. eFoil riders must sign online before their session; the link is in the booking email. You are welcome to read every waiver before you come.

Tours run on a set schedule for morning, sunset, night, and private departures. Sunset and night timings shift with the season, so we confirm the exact hour when we confirm your booking. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your departure so we can check you in, fit vests, and run the safety briefing.

Private and custom departures can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Liquid Glow is dedicated to protecting Anguilla's natural beauty. Our tours follow eco-friendly practices — small groups to minimise impact, reusable equipment, and strict leave-no-trace guidelines. We ask every guest to respect marine life, keep hands off coral and wildlife, and use reef-safe sunscreen only.

Gratuities are not included in the tour price, but they are always appreciated by our guides. If you enjoyed your Liquid Glow experience, a tip is a meaningful way to recognise their effort, knowledge, and care.

It is never required, and the amount is entirely at your discretion — many guests use 10–20% of the tour cost as a guideline. Cash at the hub is easiest; if you would rather settle it another way, just ask your guide.
